"Brick" Sweepstake"Brick" Sweepstake

Purchase The Attention Recovery Plan by David Gillespie from QBD Books and go into the draw to WIN a Brick!

About the book:

Our addiction to our devices is pernicious, pervasive and addictive. Powerful tech titans harness our attention to maximise their profits at the expense of our time, attention and mental health. This reliance on screens, resulting in constant dopamine spiking, is wreaking havoc on our capacity to immerse ourselves in problem-solving tasks and creative endeavours.

The research is unequivocal. An overuse of our devices leads to burnout, anxiety, depression, procrastination and sleeplessness. The good news is there's a way we can harness technology for our own benefit, and achieve the sense of peace, focus, and purpose we crave.

Packed with cutting-edge research and practical advice, The Attention Recovery Plan arms us with the powerful tools we need to break our reliance on screens, reset our dopamine levels and achieve the kinds of long-term goals that lead to a satisfying, full and happy life.

About the prize:

Our smartphones are our greatest tools and our most crippling distractions.

They can help us connect with those across the world, but in doing so can hinder our connection with those across the room. They can help us supercharge our productivity, and they can constantly distract us from our meaningful work. Now you can decide which tools you'd like to keep with you, and then tap your Brick to ditch the rest for a bit.

Brick helps you focus and live intentionally. One tap locks your phone so you can reclaim time for what matters most.

Because it's a physical device, you'll have no temptation to use the distractions until you come back to the Brick (whether that means across the room or across the city).

There are 1 of 10 Bricks to be won ($950 at RRP total value)!

To enter, all you need to do is pre-order "The Attention Recovery Plan" from QBD Books and submit your in-store receipt number or online order number into the white box below!
